This is one of my favorite online tool that I use for quite awhile now. Zamzar(and no, we have no affiliations whatsoever) is an online conversion website that lets you convert virtually any documents, images, songs, or video files to any formats you want.
Some of the formats to convert from/to are; Document – csv, doc, docx, odp, ods, odt, pdf, ppt, pptx, ps, pub, rtf, wpd, wps, xls, xlsx, Image – bmp, gif, jpg, pcx, png, tga, tiff, wbmp, Music – aac, ac3, flac, m4a, mp3, ra, ram, wav, wma, and Video – 3g2, 3gp, avi, flv, gvi, m4v, mov, mp4, mpg, rm, rmvb, vob, wmv.
All you do is upload the preferred file/s from your computer or provide the online link/s and they’ll send you the link for you to download the converted file/s.
Another cool(est) feature (that I use alot) is the ability to convert and download videos from popular video-sharing Web sites (read: YouTube). This is especially useful if you can’t access the site and watch the video at e.g. the office, for (obvious) various reasons. Just google the video’s title, copy and paste the link onto Zamzar and wait for the link to download in your inbox!
